I want this and all the others! They look like so much fun!
I stayed at Mum's last night and went to two yoga classes she took. Friday night was great- nice and relaxing- but I'm a bit sore from this mornings one because we did a lot of hip and shoulder stuff. Those parts of my body are still sore from dancing.
I dunno if it was the yoga, the meditation tape or just being home but I had some pretty weird dreams last night. I had a recurring one of mine where I'm on a beach and these massive (and I mean massive) waves rush in and break over me while I'm holding my breath and clinging on for dear life. I don't have them a lot but I do remember past ones. They're all in different settings, usually with other people as well. I'd like to know what they mean.
I went to Mum's yoga teachers meeting and they had a guest speaker. Fuck, she wouldn't stop talking. We didn't get out of there until just after 9pm and by then I was so hungry and tired. She was talking about the Weston A. Price Foundation and what they believe in (google it if you're interested- there's a site on it and I'm sure there are plenty more). Basically it was all about healthy eating and living and how we're fed so many wrong ideas about food. One of her mains points was about pasteurised milk and how it was bad for you because it killed the stuff we need to digest milk properly. She went on about raw milk and it's health benefits. It's actually illegal to sell here in stores but you can buy it directly from farmers. What she said was interesting but I don't think it's for the average moderate income family because it's just so expensive to live like that. I would love to eat only organic food but I'd never have any money for anything else.
Anyways, it is late, I am tired and I think I might go read before bed time. Oh, and I'm not suprised hardly anyone was envious of me for anything :P No more depressing ranty posts I swear!
